Watch out for units above the club - I didn't have trouble, but sometimes the music got loud on the weekends. The building manager, Adriana, is professional, dedicated to our needs, and is always happy to spend a quick chat on her way to errands in the building. We were all feeling at a loss a few years ago, when our former manager, Krisann, left to manage a property elsewhere. Adriana has had to fill some pretty big shoes, and she's done a wonderful job of taking over the reins. Onsite management makes all the difference in a residential complex like ours. Last August, Adriana (and the building owners) threw a catered Resident's Appreciation BBQ in our communal courtyard.

We spent the afternoon dining at the courtyard tables under the shade of umbrellas, playing Bocci Ball or Volleyball, catching up with the other residents, and devouring some delicious and ample BBQ fare. We have enjoyed some very nice residents- only parties here over the years, but this one was a notch above. The residents of 3. South 3rd are the sort of people who enjoy occasional get- togethers in this eclectic downtown area, whether sponsored by the building management or on their own. This, along with Adriana and her assistant, Amy, are a huge reason why we renew our lease every year. The buildings and grounds of this large community are always well tended to, and management is always responsive us.
